Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before booking your online Zoom appointment with our clinic.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email that contains the Zoom meeting link. If you do not receive this email within a reasonable time, please check your junk or spam folder, as it might have been filtered there.
- If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email containing the Zoom meeting link, please contact us at info@sexology-clinic.me . We will make every effort to resend the link to you in a timely manner.
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have a stable internet connection and a suitable device to join the Zoom meeting. Our clinic will not be held liable for any technical issues or disruptions that may arise on the client’s end during the appointment.
- By booking an appointment with our clinic, you agree to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the information shared during the session. Recording or distributing any part of the session without the explicit consent of all parties involved is strictly prohibited.
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your appointment slot. Please note that missed appointments are not refundable.
- Please be punctual for your appointment. Our clinic reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule appointments at our discretion.

- إذا لم تتمكن من العثور على رسالة التأكيد التي تحتوي على رابط اجتماع زووم، يرجى الاتصال بنا هنا. سنبذل قصارى جهدنا لإعادة إرسال الرابط إليك في أقرب وقت ممكن
- يعتبر من مسؤولية العميل التأكد من أن لديه اتصال إنترنت مستقر وجهاز مناسب للانضمام إلى اجتماع زووم. لن تتحمل عيادتنا أي مسؤولية عن المشكلات التقنية أو التوقفات التي قد تنشأ عن جانب العميل أثناء الموعد
- بحجز موعد مع عيادتنا، فإنك توافق على الحفاظ على خصوصية وسرية المعلومات المشاركة خلال الجلسة. يمنع منعاً باتاً تسجيل أو توزيع أي جزء من الجلسة بدون موافقة صريحة من جميع الأطراف المعنية
- يجب تقديم طلبات إعادة الجدولة قبل 48 ساعة على الأقل من موعد الموعد المحجوز. قد يؤدي عدم توفير إشعار كافٍ إلى فقدان موعدك. يرجى مراعاة أن المواعيد الفائتة لا تتم إعادة تعويضها
- يرجى الالتزام بالوقت المحدد لموعدك. تحتفظ عيادتنا بالحق في تعديل أو إلغاء أو إعادة جدولة المواعيد حسب تقديرها
- الأوقات المدرجة هي حسب توقيتكم المحلي
