Painful ejaculations are often of infectious origins (IST, urinary tract infection, urethritis, epididymitis, prostatitis) or related with a stenosis or an urethral stenosis (post-surgical, post-infectious, congenital, benignant prostate hypertrophy. They are often associated with mictional disorders (urinary burns, mictional embarrassment).
